How To Place an Order

- Choose Background Removal Option: Decide whether you need the background of your design removed or not. Select the appropriate option provided. Please note that there will be a charge for background removal upon checkout.
- Upload Your Design: Click on the designated button to select or drag drop your design file. Ensure your design is ready and saved on your device before proceeding.
- Prepare Multiple Designs (If Necessary): If you want several designs on one sheet, merge or arrange them into a single file. Make sure the file is ready for upload.
- Review and Confirm: Double-check the selected transfer size, background removal option, and the uploaded design file. Ensure all details are accurate before proceeding.
- Add to Cart: If everything is correct, add the custom DTF transfer to your cart by clicking the “Add to Basket”.

Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your Custom DTF Transfers printed garments, please follow these care instructions:
- Wait for 24 hours before the first wash.
- Machine washable up to 30ºC (wool wash).
- Iron inside out.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron the decorated area. For the longest life, wash and dry the embellished item inside out.

- Prepare the T-shirt: Lay your T-shirt on a flat surface and smooth out any wrinkles. If necessary, pre-press the shirt to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Place the Design Transfer: Carefully position the Custom DTF Transfer with the printed design facing up onto the T-shirt in your desired location.
- Add a Protective Layer: Cover the transfer with a sheet of parchment paper or Teflon sheet. This layer safeguards both the transfer and your heat press or iron.
- Adjust the Temperature: If using an iron, apply firm to medium pressure and set it to a medium temperature (approx 155C). Test a small area first to ensure it’s safe for the fabric.
- Press the Transfer: Glide the iron smoothly in a circular motion, ensuring the entire transfer area is covered for at least 15-20 seconds to promote proper adherence.
- Allow to Cool: After pressing, lift the heat source and let the transfer cool for a few seconds.
- Peel Off the Backing: Gently peel off the backing paper while the transfer is still warm. If it resists, allow it to cool further before attempting to peel.
- Inspect Adherence: Once completely cooled, examine the design to confirm it has adhered properly. If any areas are loose, repeat the heating process.
- Repeat the heating process: The additional heat and pressure ensure that the ink bonds more securely with the fibers, reducing the chances of peeling or cracking over time.
- Final Check: Once fully cooled, ensure the Custom DTF Transfer is securely adhered to the T-shirt.

- Same-Day Dispatch: Items ordered before 1 pm Monday to Friday are prepared for dispatch the same day.
- 1- 2 Days Delivery: Available only via the UK mainland. Please note, we cannot offer 1 day delivery to the Scottish Highlands at this time.
- Free Standard Delivery: For any orders of £115.00 or more, we offer a FREE standard delivery service.**
- Shipping Areas: We ship throughout the UK (including outside the mainland).

- All orders delivered to UK mainland addresses will be handled by Parcel2Go or Royal Mail.
- Orders shipped beyond mainland UK, to the European Union, and worldwide will be handled by DPD, Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, or DHL*.
